Can I return an item for a full refund?

No. Due to extensive research and details provided regarding each item listed on our site, we do NOT provide refunds at this time. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange once for the same item in a different size/color OR you may return the item for a store credit to use towards a future purchase. Store credit is available immediately upon approval of your return and has no expiration or blackout dates.

 

 

 It doesn’t fit! What do I do?

 Sydney Grace is happy to allow one exchange within 14 days from date of delivery (including weekends & holidays) if the fit is not right. We want you to LOVE your purchase but there are a few rules:

  • Items MUST be delivered back to our warehouse in Tampa, Florida within 14 days (including weekends and holidays) from date of delivery. We suggest tracking the package to ensure on time delivery as any packages received outside of the 14 day window will be returned to sender, unopened.
  • Must have original tags attached and be in the same condition as when we sent it out. Worn or washed items with deodorant or makeup stains, perfume or smoke smells or tears and excessive damage will NOT be accepted. Please don’t waste money to ship a product back if you know it is in poor condition, you will also be charged the shipping costs again if your return is declined and you want the item back. Before you return your item you can always reach out to us by using our Contact Form to provide photos via email. Please include your name and order number. One email can save you a lot of time and money.
  • Must include return shipping slip located at the bottom of your original invoice. Please keep the top half for your records.
  • Sydney Grace is not responsible for shipping costs to return or exchange an item. If you are choosing to exchange for the same item in a different size or color, we are happy to provide your new item at no additional shipping cost to you. Please note that we only offer ONE exchange per item. If the original item is defective in any way, it will be returned to you and no further action will be taken.
  • SALE OR CLEARANCE ITEMS: All sale and clearance items, clothing and accessories, are NOT eligible for returns or exchange. ALL SALES SALES ARE FINAL, NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

 

How soon will I get my store credit or exchange?

REFUNDS/STORE CREDIT3-5 Business Days

 Once your item is delivered back to our warehouse and inspected, you will receive an email from us with a resolution within 3-5 business days. If we chose to honor your return, your store credit amount along with a code will also be listed in the email. Please apply your personalized code at checkout to use your store credit. Funds are available immediately and do not expire.

 EXCHANGES: 24 Business Hours (excluding weekends & holidays)

 We place top priority on getting our exchanges processed to help you complete your total purchase in a timely fashion. Once we receive your exchange package, we will inspect, process and pack your new item within 24 business hours and have it back out for delivery to you. You will receive an email confirming the receipt and exchange of the package along with the new tracking number. Please note that we only offer ONE free exchange per item. If original item is defective in any way, it will be returned to you and no further action will be taken.

 

 

Can I exchange items I purchased on sale?

All sale and clearance items listed on our site, including clothing and accessories, are NOT eligible for exchange. ALL SALE/CLEARANCE ITEM SALES ARE FINAL, NO EXCEPTIONS.
